How to Accumulate Counting and Reporting your repetitions
1. You can make a pledge of a number of mantras or practices, selected from the list on the left of this page, and email to: longlife@palyul.org. Your pledge should be mailed by March 19. The repetitions you pledge should be completed by March 26 and reported (they will be offered on March 28).
2. Your local group can gather for group practice and count repetions and send to longlife@palyul.org as a group.
3. You can count repetitions as you practice and send them to longlife@palyul.org.
The accumulation report should include:
First and Last Name (or center)
Location (City, State or Province, Country)
Number of accumulations broken out by prayer and mantra.
For example:
George Smith
Boston, Massachusetts
Vajra Guru Mantra: 1,000
7-line prayer: 7
Excel Accummulations Tracker Note: this sheet contains other practices which are not part of this current accumulation period.
We would like to emphasize that no number of repetitions is too small or too great or too little or too much! The point is for us all to join together in practice.
